Judge sides with Horne in campaign finance case

An administrative law judge recommended the dismissal of the campaign finance allegations against Attorney General Tom Horne and a key aide, giving the embattled attorney general a shield against some of the most damaging criticism he faces as he fights for reelection.

Judge’s ruling in AG Tom Horne case due next week

An administrative law judge is expected to issue a ruling early next week on whether there's enough evidence to conclude Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne illegally coordinated campaign spending with an aide running an independent group during his 2010 campaign.

Horne attorneys want FBI agent’s testimony tossed

Lawyers for Attorney General Tom Horne and ally Kathleen Winn alleged that an FBI agent who served as the prosecution’s key witness against them in their campaign finance case perjured himself on the witness stand and that his testimony should be thrown out.

Defense witnesses rebut testimony against Horne in campaign finance case
