So-called ‘jobs bill’ parked in Senate Rules

A House measure that aims to spur economic growth through incentives and tax cuts has been assigned to a Senate committee controlled by that chamber's highest-ranked lawmaker. But that doesn't mean it's going to advance anytime soon.
