Velasquez replaced on the ballot by union leader

Democrats in a West Valley legislative district on Monday chose Marshall Pimentel as their replacement on the ballot for indicted Democratic Rep. Ceci Velasquez, who is facing three felony charges for alleged food stamp fraud.
