Man pleads guilty in attack on Arizona lawmaker
A Casa Grande man has pleaded guilty to a kidnapping charge in an attack on state Rep. Frank Pratt late last year. The Arizona Republic says Hilyard Bardney Scott entered the plea Tuesday in Pinal County Superior Court.
