Yuma, Prescott hold mayoral primaries today

Yuma and Prescott will hold mayoral primary elections Tuesday while several cities around Arizona decide on council members. Five candidates are running for mayor of Yuma, including incumbent Larry Nelson, who said he's seeking a third and final term.
