New CCEC commissioner wants to stay the course

Newly appointed Clean Elections commissioner Amy Chan said she supports the expanded role that CCEC has taken when it comes to independent expenditures and campaign finance enforcement, and that she discussed the matter with Hobbs before the Dem leader appointed her yesterday.
