Brewer appeals Medicaid ruling to Arizona Supreme Court

As expected, Gov. Jan Brewer today asked the Arizona Supreme Court to overturn an appellate court ruling allowing legislators to move forward with a lawsuit against the hospital assessment that funds her Medicaid expansion plan.
