Sales tax task force approves recommendations

A task force assembled by Gov. Jan Brewer to simplify Arizona’s complicated sales tax system completed its work and is ready to send its recommendations to the governor.

But the new use-tax declaration line is set to go away if the Senate passes a bill approved by the House on Thursday and Gov. Jan Brewer signs it into law.
