U.S. Supreme Court upholds decision on bail for accused rapists

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to reinstate a 2002 voter-approved amendment to the Arizona Constitution which denied bail to anyone accused of rape.

AG takes no bail law to U.S. Supreme Court

The state Attorney General's Office is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reinstate a voter-approved provision of the Arizona Constitution which allows accused rapists to be held without bail while awaiting trial.
