Advocacy group urges Corp Comm to reconsider solar fee vote
A solar advocacy group today filed a motion calling on the Arizona Corporation Commission to reconsider its decision to move forward with a solar fee hearing outside of a rate case.
ACC to consider solar fee tomorrow
The Arizona Corporation Commission is expected to decide tomorrow whether a fee on Arizona Public Service solar customers can be handled now or should be pushed back to become part of a rate case in 2016.
Wastewater rates leave Carefree restaurants reeling
During the Corporation Commission April 14 meeting, the Town of Carefree's mayor, Les Peterson, said the high wastewater rates could force half of Carefree’s 11 restaurants to shut. The high rates will be addressed in an upcoming rate case by Liberty Utilities.
