Pinal hopefuls need not apply
Horne on Friday published an AG’s opinion concerning a pair of questions posed by Townsend regarding the pending LD16 Senate vacancy. Townsend’s questions both centered on the issue of residency: Does the replacement have to live in the same county as the vacating senator, and can residency be met by changing one’s address to a room above a commercial property the person owns?
