Gray dismisses ethics complaint against Crandall
Newly appointed Senate Ethics Committee Chairwoman Linda Gray dismissed a fellow lawmaker’s complaint against Sen. Rich Crandall, saying the Mesa Republican hadn’t violated any laws or ethical rules.
