In the face of prodding by Adams and Pearce, the Commission on Appellate Court Appointments rejected crafting a new list of Independent Redistricting Commission candidates and instead voted to refuse to accept the withdrawals of GOP nominees Mark Schnepf and Stephen Sossaman.
