Sparks fly at Corp Comm hearing

Tempers flared at this morning's Corp Comm meeting after Commissioner Paul Newman submitted a motion to delay hearing a proposal by a Bullhead City utility to use energy generated by a waste incinerator in Phoenix to satisfy its renewable energy standards.
