ROOSEN, a single man, as the Trustor, in which NVESTOR FUNDING INC., a Delaware corporation, was named as the original Beneficiary, and Chicago Title Agency was named as the original Trustee, dated June 8, 2022, and recorded on June 13, 2022, as Instrument No. 20220497234, as assigned pursuant to that certain Assignment of Mortgage, dated July 17, 2024, and recorded on July 17, 2024, as Instrument No. 20240380187, all in the Official Records of Maricopa County, Arizona (collectively, the "Deed of Trust").
