ARMITAGE) died on or about March 13, 2024. JOHN C. ARMITAGE died on or about March 3, 2014. JOHN C. ARMITAGE and FEROL A.K. ARMITAGE established the ARMITAGE Family Trust, dated April 8, 1992, as amended. more commonly known as the Armitage Family Trust, wherein JOHN C. ARMITAGE and FEROL A.K. ARMITAGE are the Settlors and JOHN C. ARMITAGE and FEROL A.K. ARMITAGE were the initial Trustees (the "Trust"). Following FEROL A.K. ARMITAGE's death, FEROL A. ARMITAGE is the Successor Trustee pursuant to Article IX, paragraph A. of the Trust Agreement, and the Personal Representative pursuant to Paragraph Eighth of the Last Will and Testament of FEROL A.K. ARMITAGE dated August 25, 2010. (Itis noted that it is not anticipated that a formal or informal probate will be opened with a court of law for the Estate of Ferol Ann Armitage (also known as Ferol A.K. Armitage), as presently there appears no legal requirement to do so.)
