Brewer again rejects legislative control over federal dollars (access required)

In what may be her least surprising vetoes of the year, Gov. Jan Brewer continued the annual rite of striking down legislation that would give the Legislature control of billions of dollars in federal funds that flow through the Governor’s Office.
