I understand it does not take intelligence to convince a majority of those who vote to elect you. But since the definition of “infringed” is the same today as it was in the 18th century when the Bill of Rights was ratified, exactly what part of “shall not be infringed” does Rep. Steve Gallardo fail to grasp≠

If Mr. Gallardo is a supporter of the Second Amendment, I’m an astronaut.

Whether or not Mr. Gallardo is aware of it, the U.S. Supreme Court has consistently ruled the police are not responsible for the safety of the individual citizen. Just who does Mr. Gallardo think is responsible for my safety and the safety of my family≠ Will he be standing guard when some crack-head decides to maim and/or kill my wife and children for $20≠ When he talks about “gun safety,” ask him that.—
