• Julie Rees was recently promoted to a principal of the public affairs consulting firm Triadvocates LLC. She will join four other Arizonans and two others in Washington, D.C. as principals. She will begin her duties on Oct. 1.
Prior to joining Triadvocates, she served as chief of staff assistant to Mesa Mayor Keno Hawker, where she was responsible for advising the mayor and developing strategies related to outreach and policy development in transportation and infrastructure, land use planning and finance. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona and University of Phoenix.

• Danna Quinn was promoted to assistant human resources director in the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, from her previous position as employment services administrator.
Ms. Quinn has served the department for 19 years. In her new position, she will assist with the overall management of the human resources department and enable the department to provide more in-depth support to customers.
• Andreia Griego was promoted to employment services administrator in the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, a vacancy created by the promotion of Danna Quinn. She served the department as senior analyst for human resources prior to her promotion.
Ms. Griego has served the judicial branch for 11 years, first as a probation officer, then for the past seven in human resources. In her new position, she will be responsible for staffing and recruiting, benefits enrollment and records management.
