Arizona Capitol Reports Staff//December 1, 2006//[read_meter]

Katie Schmidbauer
Joined the staff of the Arizona Farm Bureau as member relations manager. She will be in direct contact with bureau members and is responsible for volunteer coordination in Apache, Coconino, La Paz, Mohave, Navajo and Yavapai counties.
Prior to joining the bureau in Arizona, she worked for the Cook County Farm Bureau in Illinois as director of agriculture, literacy and public relations, providing educational seminars for teachers and youths.
Ms. Schmidbauer earned her master’s degree in agricultural education from the University of Arizona.
Chambers
The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce has appointed the
following five people to its staff:
• Michael Cereghini, public affairs coordinator.
• Christy Evans, BidSource program assistant.
• Christina Martinez, BidSource information specialist.
• Jennifer Mellor, accounting manager.
• Julee Paige, business development executive.
The Arizona Chamber Executives elected the following people to its 2007 board of directors at its annual fall meeting in Williams:
• Jerry Bustamanate, Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce, chairman.
• Marnie Uhl, Prescott Valley Chamber or Commerce, chair-elect.
• Donna Eastman, Williams-Grand Canyon Chamber of Commerce, treasurer.
• Beverly Liles, Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce, past president.
The Arizona Chamber Executives also installed the following as board members:
• Jim DiGiacomo, Greater Green Valley Chamber of Commerce.
• Rayna Palmer, Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce.
• Don Rinehart, Glendale Chamber of Commerce.
• Beverly Stepp, Pinetop/Lakeside Chamber of Commerce.
• Ed Stolmaker , Marana Chamber of Commerce.
• Bob Ware, Peoria Chamber of Commerce.
