NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR TERMINATION OF PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP

Petitioner Name: Stephanie D. Torres, Address: 23576 W. Chambers St, Buckeye, AZ 85326, Telephone: 623-241-0183, Petitioner Representing Self.
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF MARICOPA
In re the Matter of: Robert Joseph Worthington, Minor(s).
Petitioner: Stephanie Torres, having filed with this Court a Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship between Bobby Joe Worthington (natural parent) and the following child(ren): Robert Joseph Worthington.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship is set for hearing on the 24th day of February, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Bergin of the County Superior Court, located at 3131 W. Durango St., Phoenix, AZ 85009 for the purposes of determining whether any parent named herein is contesting the allegations in the Petition for Termination.
You have a right to appear as a party in this proceeding. A failure of a parent to appear at the initial hearing, the pretrial conference, the status conference or the termination adjudication hearing may result in an adjudication terminating the parent-child relationship of that parent. This means that the parental rights to the above-named child will be terminated and the child may be placed for adoption.
In the event a named parent appears and enters a contest to the allegations, a trial will be scheduled for a later date. If a named parent does not contest the allegations, then his/her rights shall be terminated on the above date and time.
At the initial hearing, an attorney will be appointed to represent any parent named herein if they want a lawyer and if they cannot afford to hire their own. That parent will be required to sign a financial affidavit and may be required to pay a portion of the cost of the attorney.
A request for reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities must be made to the court by parties at least three (3) working days in advance of a scheduled court proceeding.
DATED THIS 11th DAY OF January 2011. MICHAEL K. JEANES, CLERK; By: /s/ C. Marcum, Deputy Clerk.
