DOROTHY B. JENNINGS passed away on December 7, 2010. PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §14-6103, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the beneficiaries and to any creditors of the Estate of DOROTHY B. JENNINGS that DOUGLAS McARTHUR is the Successor Trustee of the JENNINGS FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST dated January 6, 1999. Creditors and beneficiaries are hereby notified that they must present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice, or the claims will be forever barred. All persons having claims against the Estate or Trust are required to present their claims by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Successor Trustee, c/o Catherine P.
