Recently, our state’s new House Committee on Oversight, Accountability, and Big Tech met for its inaugural meeting, which saw rampant election denialism and outlandish claims against our state’s leadership and the tech industry. Notably, one testimony from a psychology researcher claimed that influence from Google was the reason why Kari Lake lost her bid for governor, despite the over 17,000 votes that separated the candidates.
