A California appeals court has ruled that an Arizona group can continue withholding documents related to the source of an $11 million contribution to a California political action committee while it appeals a lower court ruling.

Border agents in fatal shooting had radio contact

Three U.S. Border Patrol agents responding to an alarm from a motion sensor were apparently in radio contact as they approached from opposite directions before opening fire on each other in the Arizona desert, leaving one agent dead, according to a sheriff's report released Friday.

Arizona motorists are paying less at the pump again this week. Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday that the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.62 a gallon. That's down by nearly 6 cents from last week.

Amazon to begin collecting Arizona sales taxes

Online retailer Amazon has agreed to settle a sales tax dispute with the state of Arizona and will begin collecting the state's 6.6 percent tax on product sales in the state on Feb. 1 and on digital sales beginning in July.
