Stanton files committee to challenge Reagan in 2018
Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton filed paperwork to challenge Secretary of State Michele Reagan in 2018, an early decision spurred by the need to transfer money from his mayoral campaign committee before a new law bars him from doing so.
