Negative ads in political campaigns effective despite virtue signaling

Robert Grossfeld does a nice job of virtue signaling in his opinion piece on campaign ads. I am sure the political consulting class all had a good laugh and went right on creating the next piece of disinformation or propaganda for their clients, which they should.

A Scottsdale artist has accused the statue's creator of using one of his pieces for the project without giving him credit. Deborah Copenhaver Fellows, of Sonoita, unveiled the 8-foot-tall statue of Goldwater on March 31 at the Arizona Capitol. Sutz says Copenhaver Fellows based her work on a plaster life mask of Goldwater that he made. Copenhaver Fellows has denied the claim, saying she made her own mold for the sculpture.
