Ducey threatens veto of water bill that ignores his principles

Gov. Doug Ducey threatened Tuesday to veto any drought contingency plan that does not equitably divide up the pain of Arizona having less water in 2020 and eventually leads to lower water use in the state.

APS plans to install solar on residential rooftops

Eight months after persuading the Corp Comm to levy a surcharge on residential solar, APS announced today that it is seeking approval from state regulators to directly install roughly 3,000 solar rooftops on residential homes to produce 20 megawatts of energy.
