MCMULLIN (also known as "SALLY DARLENE MCMULLIN") died on or about August 17. 2023. NORMAN R. MCMULLIN and SALLY . MCMULLIN established the MCMULLIN FAMILY TRUST, dated April 20, 2011, as amended, wherein NORMAN R. MCMULLIN and SALLY H. MCMULLIN are the Settlors and NORMAN R. MCMULLIN and SALLY H. MCMULLIN were the initial Trustees (the "Trust"). Following SALLY H. MCMULLIN's death, NORMAN R. MCMULLIN is the currently serving sole Trustee of the Trust. (It is noted that it is not anticipated that a formal or informal probate will be opened with a court of law for the Estate of Sally H. McMullin, as presently there appears no legal requirement to do so.) In accordance with A.R.S. §14-6103.A., all persons having claims against the trust or any of its assets are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
