Brewer may run, won’t base decision on tax vote (access required)

Whether Gov. Jan Brewer will seek a full term in 2010 is the biggest unanswered question looming at the Capitol these days. Brewer said she hasn't made a final decision, but her intentions are becoming a little clearer.
