Governor Napolitano has vetoed nine bills and signed 19 others passed by the Republican-led Legislature during its regular session.
Bills vetoed include measures dealing with human egg donors, an existing school-choice tax break, campus religious groups, charter school sponsorships and continuation of jury trials for termination of parental rights.
She signed measures dealing with classroom flags, election recounts, liquor sales and a new tax credit for health insurance premiums. Earlier this year Ms. Napolitano set a record for vetoes by Arizona governors.
Lawmakers adjourned their 164-day session early the morning of June 22.
