Sen. Hale is OK after being hospitalized

Arizona Capitol Reports Staff//May 25, 2007//[read_meter]

Sen. Albert Hale, D-2, was hospitalized on May 20 in Boston after complaining of a headache and becoming ill at a restaurant.
Initial tests showed no trace of aneurysm or vessel rupture, according to a statement from his family.
His daughter April Hale said he had an MRI that showed “blood spots” on his brain, but it was not serious enough to keep him in the hospital. He will be released after undergoing a few more tests, she said.
April Hale thanked those who wished her father well and said she received numerous phone calls telling her they have been praying for the senator’s speedy recovery.
Hale, former president of the Navajo Nation, has been quite mobile since checking into the hospital.
“He’s anxious to get back to work. He is very concerned about all that he’s missing in the Legislature,” April told the Arizona Capitol Times on May 23.
