Critic says Clean Elections initiative ‘defective’

The Arizona Free Enterprise Club commissioned a legal analysis of the Arizona Clean and Accountable Elections Act, which, among other things, seeks to strengthen the Clean Elections system, and unsurprisingly, the analysis claims that the proposed initiative has a fatal defect that should keep it off the ballot.
