ABOR: Out-of-state students can’t sue over ‘dreamers’ tuition (access required)

Out of state students who paid full tuition at Arizona universities have no right to sue for refunds even though the schools were charging less to people not here legally, an attorney for the Arizona Board of Regents contends.

Report: Prisons director uninformed about faulty locks

The head of the Department of Corrections remained "surprisingly uninformed'' about nonfunctioning locks at one of the state's largest prisons and the resultant security risks and assaults on guards, according to a new report issued today.
