House again rejects bill cutting income tax to offset online tax

The House for the second time Tuesday rejected a bill cutting income taxes if Arizona begins collecting sales taxes from online purchases, a vote that shows even some Republican lawmakers are hesitant to cut potential sources of revenue while the state is facing years of tight budgets.
