Clean Elections to debate request to reduce qualifying contributions

The Citizens Clean Elections Commission will hold a special meeting on Friday to discuss a proposal to reduce the number of $5 contributions needed to qualify for public campaign funding to compensate candidates who whose fundraising was hindered while an online portal was inoperative for 10 days.
