LOLA is a living, breathing service, one that will continue to grow and change as the needs of the Arizona legislative community evolve. Creating and continuing to improve our product to better serve our users is at the core of our business. Over the last six months, the LOLA team has been reviewing feedback from users. Based on the feedback received, we have implemented the following enhancements:

• A Rules & Regs page that shows all upcoming regulatory hearings for the various Arizona state agencies
• PDFs are now available for all committee hearings, they can be accessed through the calendar feature
• There is now an “All Tracks” button available on your tracking list selection tool which will allow users to add or remove selected bills on all tracking lists
• Tracking list manager now has tick boxes, like in search, which will allow users to remove multiple bills with one click
• New, threaded comments section in the bill history and legislator pages as well as the option to make private comments that will not appear on reports
• Fully customizable, user generated categories
• All bills tile that shows a feed of all bills being introduced at the legislature
• An upcoming hearings tile and page showing all future legislative hearings with customizable results
• The Session at a Glance tile
• Email all legislators tools
• Upcoming hearings formatting option that displays at the top of reports

Here are just some of the new features that will be available at the start of the upcoming session:

• A robust status feature that will allow users to search for bills meeting certain status criteria
• A report generation option that will allow users to create reports showing multiple tracking lists
• F/A/N data will be tied to a specific legislative session
• Improvements to Word exports for reports
• The Session Laws page will be relabeled as the Chaptered Bills page and new functionality, including naming patterns and report functionality will be added to make LOLA more responsive to when bills are chaptered
• A new, more expansive search tool
• A bill text comparison tool that allows users to compare versions of the same bill or compare bill text between sessions
• Fully customizable alerts and action visibility on reports – Users get complete control of what they see and when
• An enhanced scorecard feature
• Enhanced bill collaborations
