GOP turns to fixing IRC, now that it’s here to stay

Tim Steller wrote for the Daily Star this morning that Petersen is planning legislation next year to expand the membership of the IRC to nine members from the current five, and he told our reporter today that he plans to make the legislation one of his priorities in the upcoming session.
