Democratic lawmaker: Allow licenses for deferred action participants

A Democratic state representative is taking a swipe at Gov. Jan Brewer’s executive order preventing illegal immigrants taking part in the Obama administration’s deferred action program from receiving Arizona driver’s licenses.
