AZ Supreme Court keeps election law initiative on the ballot

The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that a package of proposed changes to Arizona election law may go before voters in November, rejecting opponents’ claims that the measure contained too many provisions.

Judge allows comprehensive election measure to proceed

Arizona voters can be asked to decide on sweeping proposed changes in state election laws in a single take-it-or-leave-it ballot measure, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge has ruled.
