Incumbents trump challengers in LD13

Republican Diane Landis, who secured Gov. Jan Brewer’s blessing, is trailing incumbent Reps. Darin Mitchell and Steve Montenegro - two of the Capitol’s most conservative lawmakers - in the Legislative District 13 House race.
