Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton urges delegation to avoid sequestration

Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton is calling on Arizona's congressional delegation to work in a bipartisan fashion with other members of Congress to avoid the impending federal budget cuts known as sequestration.
