Predictions break up repetition on the Capitol chicken circuit (access required)

I have been a regular on the Capitol luncheon circuit for the past three years, which qualifies me a connoisseur of chicken, political speeches and the sauces that they put on chicken to make it seem like their chicken is different than the last chicken.

  1. Arizona is lucky to have Senator Kyle, one of the best. And, of course, John McCain.

  2. sounds like the same ol’ song and dance over here, but im new to this

  3. It fits our needs perfectly the advantage of immigration reform on the country: Greater supply of unskilled workers, a younger workforce, and skilled workers in needed sectors. But there is also a disadvantage of immigration reform like Greater poverty, more educational cost, lower unskilled wage levels, and increased danger of terrorism. Thanks to the post!

  4. You left out one critical component to this luncheon Matt, and that, of course is that the dessert was incredible.

  5. It’s funny how they can hold up health care legislation for over a year; siphoning taxpayer money and time that could be spent on addressing other issues, then come out and accuse Obama of not being brave enough to take on immigration policy. If you ask me, Obama has shown more courage facing political opposition than any other president I’ve seen.
