The Arizona Court of Appeals has agreed to expedite consideration of Kari Lake's claims that the 2022 election was flawed. But none of that means the judges are going to give her what she wants: either to be installed as governor or require a new election in the state's largest county.

Judge denies Hamadeh’s election contest, affirms Mayes’ win

The last election contest by failed attorney general candidate Abraham Hamadeh went to trial this morning and a judge denied his petition, affirming Kris Mayes’ win. Like Kari Lake, Hamadeh had to meet a high burden of proof to flip the election in his favor.

Judge: Hamadeh can try to have election results set aside

Unsuccessful attorney general hopeful Abe Hamadeh will get a chance to try to have the election results set aside. In a ruling Tuesday, Mohave County Superior Court Judge Lee Jantzen said that the Republican contender is entitled to try to prove that some people legally entitled to vote did not get to cast a ballot on Election Day because of issues in Maricopa County.

Judge dismisses majority of claims in Lake’s election contest lawsuit

A judge dismissed eight of the ten claims in Kari Lake’s election contest lawsuit, allowing two counts claiming violations of ballot chain of custody and alleging printer interference in Maricopa County to go forward in an evidentiary hearing.
